AFTERSHOK: Classic Metal Delivered 'Bigger And Better'

AFTERSHOK, the classic hard rock/metal band fronted by SHOK PARIS lead vocalist Vic Hix, have just released their long-awaited follow-up to 2002's "Unfinished Business", entitled "Burning Chrome".

"Burning Chrome", available on Auburn Records, was recorded over a period extending from late 2003 through summer 2004, and features AFTERSHOK's established classic metal sound along with a few surprises.

"We were very pleased with 'Unfinished Business', but we wanted to make sure we continued to grow," stated guitarist George Mihalovich. "We took our time and a few chances with 'Burning Chrome', and I think it shows. There is definitely a strong continuity with what we established on our first disc, but with some expanded textures." Added Hix, "It's what we're all about, classic metal; just bigger and better this time around."
